With over twenty years of direct construction and real estate development experience, Kevin Harbison has worked on residential development projects throughout Southern California for both public and privately held home builders and developers. His experience spans the full development lifecycle — deal sourcing and feasibility, entitlements, finance and underwriting, and construction delivery.  Recently specializing in both market-rate and 100% affordable built-to-rent (BTR) communities, Kevin leverages California's recent pro-housing legislation to unlock challenging sites and structure creative, feasible housing solutions where conventional approaches fall short.

A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Kevin served as an Engineer Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps before transitioning into real estate development. He earned his MBA from the University of Arizona and is active with both the Los Angeles/Ventura Chapter of the Building Industry Association of Southern California and HomeAid Los Angeles, having previously served as Board President for both organizations.
